Measurement and Evaluation

The teachers at Chiang Mai Rajabhat Demonstration School do not rely solely to paper and pencil tests. They integrate activities, individual and group, that could help students learn better and effectively. They create criteria/rubric for each lesson plan that they make in order to monitor if the students are able to reach the goals and objectives. Questions during discussions that must be answered by students also help teachers to see if the students are on track. For authentic measurement and evaluation, the objectives that must be reached by students are based on the general curriculum of school and Thailand. The following are examples of the school’s measurement and evaluation:

  1. Paper and pencil tests

  2. Worksheets

  3. Individual Activities/ works

  4. Group Activities/ works

  5. Activities in the book

  6. Participation in classroom discussion

  7. End of semester tests
