It is really unavoidable for teachers to encounter students that are naughty, not listening and talking. I understand them since they are still young and they cannot understand me at first. What I did was I always call on their names of I directly talk to them. I give them a warning for their mistake. To keep the classroom organized and in order, I establish rules before the start of the class that we all agreed on. Those who follow the rules are praised while those who do not were given warnings.
